Terms and conditions

Order confirmation

CNI Catering will send you an email of your catering order once the order has been received either via the website online order system or via email. The email represents confirmation of your order, unless otherwise stated in the email. It is your responsibility to review the details of your order and notify CNI Catering of any omissions or changes. An invoice/receipt will be raised with the items and prices outlined within this confirmation.

Minimum order

Free delivery for orders above $90 +GST for the main areas we service. Orders below $90 our outside our main areas we service may incur a delivery fee. For orders on Saturday and Sunday, additional delivery charges and order minimums may occur.

Delivery windows

Delivery for cold orders may arrive up to 90 minutes prior to the requested delivery time. For warm and hot food orders, catering may arrive up to 20 minutes prior to the requested delivery time. When requesting the desired delivery time please make allowances for loading docks in your building and Sydney traffic.

Food allergies

CNI Catering offers a wide range of specialty dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free and Halal. We specialize in Vegan and Gluten free. We take the upmost care to accommodate your dietary requirements, however there can be traces of allergens found within our catering. In the event where your client suffers illness resulting in the possible traces of nuts or other allergens within our catering CNI Catering will not be held liable.

Order closing times

For orders less than $500, orders close at 2pm, one business day prior to the delivery. For orders greater than $500, order close of time is two business working days prior to delivery unless otherwise arranged with CNI management.

Order changes

For orders less than $500, changes can be made by 2pm the first business day prior to delivery. Changes to orders above $500, then changes can only be made 2 business days prior to delivery unless otherwise arranged with CNI Management.

Business hours

Our standard business hours are 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays and weekends 8am to 3pm Saturday and Sunday unless arranged prior with CNI Management. Additional charges for delivery and penalty rates may occur during weekends and outside our usual Monday to Friday business hours as stated above.

CNI Equipment

In the event of a function, CNI Catering will collect platters, hot bags and food station (including coffee and tea) equipment and a time arranged with CNI Management. Please ensure they are cleaned and placed in a prearranged location. Lost or broken equipment will be charges at replacement value.


Payment can be made by credit card, EFT or Direct debit. We do offer corporate accounts by prior arrangement. Credit card payments do not attract a merchant fee and we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express and card payments may be made through our website order system or by phone.


Quotes are valid for one month and CNI Catering will honour the pricing for this one month period. After one month, CNI Catering reserves the right to adjust the prices quoted.


In the rare event, and order is not accepted through the CNI Catering website ordering system, a full refund will be made within 24 hours of placing the order. If a cancellation is made by you then a full refund is at the discretion of CNI Catering Management
